Synopsis:
On August 29, 1984, the wife of Charles Jaeger contacted the Bi-County Ambulance Service and reported that Charles was having difficulty breathing and that she could not wake him. It was discovered at autopsy that Charles Jaeger died from a single gunshot wound to the back of the head.
