Synopsis:
On the early morning of January 23, 1961, a noise disturbance was called in about the Harman Packing Plant. Policeman William Meadows showed up with the son of the owner, Kenneth Hartmann, and the owner, Theodore Hartmann. Upon entering the front door, Officer Meadows was shot through the heart and killed. A number of shots were fired by the assailants.
