Gangs

The Division of Narcotics Enforcement investigates and assists with the prosecution of gangs and gang related activities. Emphasis is placed on gathering information, intelligence and evidence on gang membership and illegal activity.

In conjunction with the Governor's Office of Drug Control Policy, the Division of Narcotics Enforcement has developed statewide criteria for the identification of gang members.
