Building Access Identification Cards and Parking Permit Decals are issued to Capitol Complex Employees only. Members of the general public will not be issued building access identification cards and parking permit decals - but may enter buildings on the Capitol Complex during normal business hours. Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

CAPITOL COMPLEX PARKING DECAL REQUEST

Capitol Complex Parking decals will be issued to Capitol Complex employees only. This form may be submitted online to receive your paking decal, however, parking decal requests submitted electronically will be sent to the departmental access coordinator for issuance to the employee.
