| Unless otherwise specified, hearings
are held in the first floor conference room (Room 125), Department
of Public Safety Building, 215 East 7th Street, Des Moines,
Iowa 50319. Any person wishing to speak at a hearing
is encouraged to contact the Agency Rules Administrator, 215
East 7th Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50319 by mail or by electronic
mail, at least one day prior to the hearing.
Comments on pending rules may be submitted at the public hearing
or by electronic mail
by 4:30 pm on the date specified as the deadline in the preamble
of the Notice of Intended Action. |
