Glenwood Man Arrested on Child Endangerment, Other Charges

Glenwood, IOWA--- Today 35 year old Jason Curtis of Glenwood, Iowa was arrested on a warrant for Child Endangerment, class "B" felony; Neglect of a Dependent Person, class "C" felony; and Willful Injury, class "C" felony.  The arrest of Mr. Curtis was executed as a result of an investigation conducted by the Glenwood Police Department and Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation.
 
As a result of the investigation, Mr. Curtis is alleged to have caused the death of Jackson Curtis, his 5 month old son.  This incident occurred in Glenwood, Iowa on July 14th, 2011.

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
