As a result of the criminal investigation, former lottery employee, Toni Hammer of Alta, Iowa, has been charged in Webster County with the following:

7 Counts of Lottery Fraud, Class D Felonies
1 Count of Tampering with Records, Aggravated Misdemeanor

Media Contact: DCI Special Agent Steve VanOtterloo, (712) 540-5400.

Note: A criminal charge is merely an accusation and a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
