The "100 Year - 100%" campaign, in partnership with the Iowa Department of Education, seeks to check for and install at least two working smoke detectors in the homes of Iowa school children grades K-6 by the end of calendar year 2011.

The Smoke Detector Project supports this year's National Fire Protection Association's (NFPA) 2010 Fire Prevention Week Theme - "Smoke Alarms: A Sound You Can Live With."
