My poster means that no matter who you are you could make a different s in someone's life. That is a note on the paper that says please call this number I would love to help. If everyone was as generous as she is this world would be a better place. More volunteer's means more kids found. The cop in the picture was just asking if he saw that kid. That's were that saying comes from you could make difference no matter how you are.
